Ramada Limited Plano

Terrible place! The owner is rude and aggressive. There was a roach on my bed, and the owner yelled at me. I will never come here again. Front desk service is terrible too. I do not recommend coming here. The heater sets off fire alarm in room and smells bad.

I would never stay at this or any other Ramada! The room was filthy. The side table had sticky stuff all over it for the guest before. When we called down to the desk the man said if we don't like it to check out. Extremely rude! When we talked to management the next morning he did apologize and said he'd have the room cleaned. Even after the maid came she never washed the tables and made our bed with the same sheets even after i asked for clean sheets.. Also there was a syringe under our window. So please don't let your children play outside of the room and watch where you walk. I do not recommended this hotel and Travelocity needs to take it off there website.

Here's background on me. I am a musician, so I travel a lot and stay at the cheapest of the cheap. Two days ago, I saved pizza from the trash can and happily ate it. I say this just so you know I'm not looking down from a high horse. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The rooms reeks of mildew, and I can't seem to get rid if it. The sheets are damp because it's so moist in here. The breakfast bar was so gross that I couldn't eat anything (remember when I said I eat garbage pizza?). I think that perhaps this is a good fit for someone who just got out of prison, or is just getting back from an extended stay in a third world country. I think the homeless would prefer a bench.

My overall experience at Ramada Inn has been great! The staff has been superb and very knowledgeable. I stayed for about a month after transferring from GA and although I was there while they were underway a remodel, they made sure I had everything I needed and made sure they came to clean the room, change the sheets and towels daily. The newly renovated rooms and bathrooms are beautiful. They truly did an awesome job.

Front desk person was polite but did not look like an employee. No uniform of any kind, not even a name tag. The lobby and stairwells smelt moldy. My room was recently 'remodeled', but not very well at all. The carpet was installed by somebody that never learned to color between the lines. The painted shower stall was peeling. The toilet wouldn't flush until I finally discovered the chain was not connected in the tank. The curtains were still very dirty from construction. Needless to say, I will not be staying at or recommending the Ramada limited.
