Ramada by Wyndham York Harrisburg Hershey

I had a great experience staying at Wyndham York Harrisburg Hershey. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and professional throughout my stay. Everything felt smooth and well organized, which made the visit stress-free. One standout feature was the self check-in kiosk— it was incredibly convenient and completely hassle-free. The process was fast, intuitive, and eliminated long waits at the front desk. This is honestly something all hotels should adopt to make check-ins quicker and transactions more efficient, especially for guests arriving after a long day of travel. Overall, this was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. Most disgusting & nasty hotel ever! Had to stay here tho as we had already traveled all day, had reservations & if we left to go elsewhere, there wouldn't be much available in same area bcz it was a wknd. Issues checking in for requested room for 2 queen beds so they split us up & gave 2 rooms. The problem there is 1 room looked like a dorm room & was falling apart. Bathroom door was patched bcz it had a fist punch in it. AC didn't work correctly. It either had to stay on or stay off bcz temperature gauge not working. TV didn't work at all. Door didn't close properly & had to be slammed. Then there was a gap & you could heareverything. Went to front desk, they changed my room. I went to new room but the key didn't work. I'm exhausted, want a shower, &

STAY AWAY! All the reviews are spot on, this place is VERY DIRTY. From the hallways dirty floors and smell it continues into the two rooms we saw. THE HALLWAY PLUGIN AUR FRESHNERS DON’T WORK! The first room had a bad cigarette smell and the second room was filthy dirty! The floors aren’t clean, the bathroom had a bar of soap wedged into the shower door track, the window had a crack… I could go on, on and on… it’s sad that I believe the owners live here with their children.

The initial entry into the room welcomed us with the smell of cigarette smoke. After opening the window and coming back to the room after 3 hours, the room still had the same smell. The bathroom was fine until I noticed the BLACK MOLD in the top right corner of the shower. The next day at the hotel my room key randomly stopped working. Instead of having a real human being there to help me, a virtual help desk was my only option. I was issued another card that also did not work, then I was told to wait until they called me. After an entire HOUR of waiting in the lobby without hearing anything, a woman walks from the back room with a card that finally works. I will not be coming back to this hotel.

Positive: It?s location Negative: There was no hot water, when talked to hotel front desk they said they have no issues. Room was to have a coffee pot ironing board hairdryer, it had none of these things! Sign in room says towels will be changed every 3 days to save water and detergent.
