Ramada by Wyndham Watertown

I had a very nice stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and polite. Check-in was fast and easy. Location is good and parking was available. I recommend this hotel to everyone

We were just two guys there on a fishing trip so didn't require anything fancy. Would have never survived my wife's critique. Very dated. Shower head was broken and sprayed water everywhere. Bathroom had a sour smell too it. They did come replace shower head after the stopper on the sink broke and the sink wouldn't drain, so we then complained of both issues, that were fixed quickly. Restaurant and bar in hotel are both permanently closed. Towels are very old and scuffy. Hallway floors are stained throughout. Staff was friendly and helpful, but hotel needs some money spent on it to bring it up to date and eliminate old, smelly feel.

We were overcharged. When I called the front desk to ask what occupancy percentage was at, he said they only had 1 room left. He charged me way more than my hotels tonight app was. When I got there at 9pm, there were only 5 cars in the parking lot! I asked the front desk what occupancy percentage the hotel was at, she said 10%! Also, our room had no heat! It was -4 degrees outside! We had to repack all of our stuff up and move to a different room. That room was not clean at all! Love Watertown but will never stay at this hotel again!

Positive: The front desk guy was so polite the rooms were very clean Negative: The beds are in such poor condition I had to go get another room I couldn?t sleep on it! The middle of the bed went into a V it was terrible. Change all the beds you can afford it!

Let me start by saying there was a massive snowstor.I was stuck in Watertown and needed a place to stay.I looked up all the reviews and found that the Ramada had the highest heard they had a great breakfast that was the truth. I ended up staying in room 207 a king suite the room was very clean everything was well organized had everything you needed refrigerator microwave TV air conditioner heater. I use the heater obviously Nice windows for a good view only complaint I have is the king size mattress and room 207 needs to be replaced It's old and there's divots. I woke up with a backache. I did get a halfway decent night sleep though just woke up with a small backache that went away very fast after I stretched, The staff was very friendly and helpful Chad was really cool if I had to stay fo
