Love's RV Hookup

First off, this Loves is well run but I absolutely hate the price point of these Love’s hookups. The fees are ridiculously high and it doesn’t even include a shower! These are nothing more than hookups in a noisy parking space. We would stay more often as we travel from one spot to another, but it’s definitely not worth the fee. The only reason we stayed is we have to be close to the border right now and the skies have been cloudy (so limited solar) and we have to work using Starlink. That said, there was a young gentleman who works there that helped us twice and he was very sweet and kind. The bathrooms at this location are spotless and modern. I have zero negative things to say about this Love’s, just the terrible value of Love’s hookups.

We didn't stay at Loves Watertown, but we did stop there twice. The overnight spots looked perfectly fine. BUT... We stopped for a propane tank refill on our way north and found "out of service" signs all over the propane tank; the signs were obviously not new. We ended driving 30-miles each way to a Tractor Supply in Carthage NY. On our return trip we thought it would be a good place to fill our (diesel) tank. All the car pumps also have diesel, so access is good. I set the pump to fill and set the lever, waiting for the auto stop when it was full. Instead, it spewed diesel fuel all over the side or our RV and did not shut down. I spent a half hour cleaning up the (smelly) mess, then went into the restroom to clean myself up. Stayed September 2nd and 3rd 2025. Great location for us with what we had to do. Site 2 has a slope so our class A motorhome front tires were slightly off the ground. Traffic has to wait on you while you back in but didn't find it too inconvenient. Traffic noise should be expected. Great wifi and plenty of TV channels. Enjoyed the dog park right by RV site. The manager was nice enough to credit back a third night we accidentally booked.

It’s a truck stop and as expected there is noise. The entry is very busy and backing into our RV site required blocking traffic, which was intense on Friday afternoon at 4 pm. Fortunately, the site was wide. Suggest going past the RV sites and pumps to do a U-turn so that the orientation to the angled parking slots will be better but expect to block traffic until you’ve backed into your spot. Showers are available but at $18 for a shower in addition to the already hefty parking fee seems out of line. There are no stores or restaurants nearby other than what is in Loves (McDonalds or Godfathers Pizza) so if you’re looking for groceries or dining you will have to unhook and go elsewhere. Convenient to the interstate but that is about all.

Very convenient to book and also to drive to. Surprisingly very quiet for a truck stop. We had one of our best sleeps here. Booked one night at first but "LOVED" it so much decided to stay a second night and do some shopping and touring. Used the laundry facilities, very clean. $3 for washer and $3 for dryer.Check in is easy. Only hiccup we had was the wifi. We never received an email with password so went inside to see if they could help. Password that they had was incorrect so we were without wifi for 2 days. Pads are wide and level. Would stay here again.
