Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Watertown Thousand Islands

Hotel was very clean. They had a lot of snow when we visited on Valentine's Weekend. The front entry mats were soaked and slushy. Other than that, they had the lobby and everything else cleaned up and dry. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was waffles, omelets, sausage, oatmeal, cereal and yogurt. The pool was great. It had a small area that was only a foot deep for the kiddos. Hotel is located close to a lot of nice restaurants and a mall. Located about 15-20 from Fort Drum. Nice place and location. We would definitely stay again!

I can honestly say the Fairfield Marriott has one of the warmest, most dedicated teams I’ve ever encountered. She consistently asks if there’s anything more she can do to make my stay better, and she means it. Everyone is scared with the virus right now and few are traveling but I needed an overnight place to stay while bringing my college child home. I have often stayed at this location and always been pleased, this time was exceptionally good. I could not have found a cleaner, more comfortable place to spend the night. The cleanliness of the hotel was phenomenal, the staff are always friendly, and the rooms very comfortable and absolutely spotless. Perfect place en route back home. I was really impressed with how spotless everything was, even the elevators looked like they were freshly cleaned every time I needed them. On my arrival I also used the lobby rest room - it sparkled it was so clean. I was really impressed. Thank you.

The start of our stay at this hotel was rough. It took 3 rooms to get one that had a working a/c unit. The final room turned out to be fine and quiet. Everyone we interacted with at the desk was especially nice and helpful. Housekeeping on the other hand never cleaned our room. We had to go to the desk and get towels and tp and the desk person apologized profusely. It really wasn't a big deal but without our asking they told management and the hotel sent us an apology for our troubles (and points). That is good customer service. Kudos! Overall a good stay and we would return if in the area.

The staff is always so nice. Stayed here a couple times now and each time the staff has been stellar. Checked out today and left my charger. Went back in the afternoon to see if they found it and they did and were super friendly and quick about tracking it down for me. Love that they have Breakfast. Makes the mornings with the kiddos so much easier.
