My best friend and I stayed here from September 2025 until January 2026; Becky & Buzz are absolutely awesome. We didn’t have any issues while we stayed here and we have remained friends with these wonderful people. All of our neighbors was extremely awesome and the rates are extremely cheap and they allowed my three little dogs. Thank you so much. I couldn’t have asked for a better people to be around including the furry fuzzy ones that were outside in the grounds. They were awesome too. I’m talking about all of the little outside critters.😎

These pictures that are posted are probably about 30 years old. The actual place currently in 2025 should be condemned very trashy ghetto type environment dirty room smell like smoke mold in the ceilings. It's very bad place and the management needs to get some psychological help rates will vary based on what the management feels they can charge and if they feel like I get more place, they will ask you to leave. It's really awful place. Just beware the truth is if you really want to know go stay there for a week or at least a day the positive views are probably manufactured or probably from friends from the local area. Good luck.

The room was filthy, smelled strongly of smoke, tiles for bathroom were lying on the floor, we scrubbed everything washed what was supposed to be curtains, replaced shower curtain as it was too filthy to use Floor in bathroom was disgusting and stained could not get cleaned, the office was a hoarding situation, filthy, tiles missing in ceiling cats climbing in and out of them. There were gapping holes in the walls and floor in the bathroom, it is a very old and should be condemned don’t stay there, management is questionable.

I lived here temporarily from March 2022 to June 2022 moving only since I am getting closer to my job in town. I lived in studio, no deposit, $675 a month it came with bed, tv, wi fi, heat for winter and ac for summer, private bathroom/shower/tub, mini fridge, and microwave. Comfortable living quarters easy to get mail. The Landlord Becky is fair treats everyone the same. The water and electric is included in the rent. I used the laundrymat at Northland plaza which is only about a mile or less away. Thank you for letting me live here as it is first come first serve basis plus there is a waiting list to get in also.

I stayed here for about a year between homes. Great owner, awesome family atmosphere, great management, very friendly. All concerns I’ve had were addressed quickly and efficiently. It’s a great out of town quiet place to stay.
