Ramada by Wyndham Tuscaloosa

We really enjoyed our short stay at Ramada by Wyndham. The staff were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was delicious! The check in and out were fast and easy. Our room was clean, organized and with easy access to the parking lot. Overall, the hotel had a cozy family atmosphere, impressive cleanliness with close proximity to restaurants and shopping stores. We will be back and highly recommend this place if you come to Tuscaloosa, Alabama!

They say the first impression is lasting, truly I must say entering into the Ramada Hotel for the first time was truly an impression that will last for a long time. The staff showed such exceptional warm welcoming upon arrival which was excellent hospitality. The front desk personnel were very attentive, seek to put your interest first and I must point out especially Amar, who went above and beyond just so all guests feel welcome and belong. The front desk deserves 5 five for being well organized and knowledgeable of what they are doing. Checking in and checking out was an easy transition. Positive: Location was perfect, the amenities were spot on :) Clean room, comfortable bed and a hot shower. The TV was excellent, nice choice of channels. Will stay again :) Negative: Nothing is ever perfect, but you guys were really close!!

It was a breath taking experience when I first step into the Ramada hotel. The staff were very welcoming and very friendly. The atmosphere was very clean and smell really good. The experience checking in with Amar was very excellent, he was very attentive and willing to help. I definitely give the front desk a 5 five for the warmth of care and making you feel welcome. This is the absolute worst “hotel” I have ever stayed in. Room was clean-ish, very bare bones. Came in for a football game and was absolutely horrified by the guests who stayed in the room next to us. You can hear literally EVERYTHING. They were up all night long, fighting, throwing things. I truly felt unsafe. These were not game day guests, perhaps locals. They (guests next door) also had a ring camera installed on the inside of their room facing out to the exterior which was even more concerning. I left at 9:30 am and it was still going on. On top of it, I paid over $500 for this awful, scary night. Avoid this place at all costs.
