Ramada by Wyndham Ontario

When you think Wyndham, you expect quality and a sense of great customer service. We arrived and he just took our payment, did not acknowledge if we were Wyndham rewards member. Gave us the key to the room. We entered the room, they should have aired it out. The dresser was broken so we left our clothes in the suitcase. The TV and the remote did not work. After housekeeping tried to fix it, the manager came up and could not get it to work. No apology and just left. There was no shampoo and conditioner in the shower. I called down to front desk and was asked to come down and pick it up. No explanation if they were short staffed, nothing. I don't recommend this place at all.

Positive: The staff was very nice And welcoming especially the young lady in graveyard. This hotel was very clean all around even while some construction was going on and I felt safe and secure Negative: The Continental breakfast could of been more

Clean room with fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Pool onsite. 5 min drive from Ontario airport. Several fast food joints in the vicinity. Good for a one night stopover.

The stay at the Ramada was great, I will definitely be back there next time I need a room in the area. And the waffle maker for breakfast was awesome. My wife and I loved our stay and both agree that we will be back soon

We reserved the hotel for 3 days cleaning every day and a King size bed..2026 January 22th till Jan 25th first night the roof was leaking 3 am in the morning I called front desk they said they would take care of it in the morning.. we had to pack up that morning.. we had plans i told them we won't be back till the late night. So they gave us a two bed room not clean at all shower head leaking spraying all over the bathroom called the front desk. They said they will fix it tomorrow in the morning so sorry.. in the morning again they said we will take care of it we said can you clean the room as well and they insured us every would be taken care of.. we said we back in the evening.. we got back that evening NOTHING WAS FIXED OR CLEAN. I called the front desk.. they gave us sheets and towe
