Ramada by Wyndham Marina

There was no breakfast, and the front desk attendant wearing a beanie was a bit odd, but overall the stay wasn’t too bad. The rooms were clean and the shower had hot water. Not many places offer three king-size beds in one room, which is the main reason we chose this hotel. While we could have stayed at similarly priced places with better reviews and breakfast included, the extra beds made this a workable option. Overall, the experience was okay.

We stayed here whilst touring Monterey and the area to the south along the coast. |The room was very comfortable with loads of space. We managed to book a room with 3 large doubles for a family of four and the space was very much appreciated. |The entire hotel felt like it had been recently renovated and was very clean and modern. Whilst check in was not particularly welcoming, all other interactions with the hotel staff were friendly. |There are plenty of amenities such as supermarkets close by (short drive) and access to Monterey is straightforward. |Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area..

Room was comfortable and most importantly clean. I really appreciated that there were plenty of towels including hand towels. Room is pretty quiet, we stayed in the first floor and we could barely hear the people in the room upstairs. Beds are comfortable and pillows are fluffy. Water pressure in the shower could be better. I checked in online and it literally took 30 seconds to get our key and into our room, man at reception was nice and friendly. There is plenty of free parking.

Positive: Clean and relatively modern at a decent price. Negative: Evening manager had the personality of a rock. Made us almost feel as if we were bothering him when we checked in at 6:30pm. No freezer in your mini- fridge. No more breakfast.

Great hotel. I was able to reserve a room on the Wyndham app on the same day as we stayed. The check in process is great and the room comfort is very good. I wouild recommend this hotel for a stay in the Monterrey area if oit is in your budget. Great hotel.
