Ramada by Wyndham Lebanon

I would recommend this place to my family and friends and anyone else. The front desk staff was very professional and friendly. The rooms were very spacious and clean the beds were very comfortable and big. The rooms had everything I needed and more Breakfast was delicious i definitely definitely would stay here again.Thank you , ramada by wyndham lebanon tennessee for great experience.

​Exceptional Booking Service, but Serious Hygiene, Safety, and Service Failures!!||||I stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Lebanon from Dec 24–25. While the initial booking process was excellent thanks to Amira, who was professional and helpful in securing our connected executive and standard rooms, the actual stay was very disappointing.||||​The Issues:||||​Hygiene: I requested two cribs for my 7-month-old and 2-year-old. Not only were they not ready upon arrival, but when they were brought up, they were visibly dirty (specifically the green one). For infants, hygiene is non-negotiable. ​Staff Communication: Despite prior confirmation for an extra bed for our helper, the floor staff insisted it was impossible. It took unnecessary debating to get what was already promised. ​Safety Hazard: On t

Positive: Clean with a nice bed Negative: Microwave turntable didn't work. Facial tissue was downgraded and so thin it tore when pulling it out. Sudden extreme hot water bursts during a shower- extremely dangerous.

Front desk staff very pleasant. Nice location conveniently located to all kinds of food options. The room door needs a new seal put around the frame, cold air blew in all night. Breakfast was very basic, did like the mini sausage biscuits. All in all would stay again if in the area.

Someone under are bed when we got there me my wife and two kids. With gun owner knew about awful stay . They had to be there before we got there . We took a shower. Wife got out we could feel them moving around under the bed called cops they got there couldn't leave the room bc they put dots on us and turned are phones off so cops couldn't find the room hrs later we left. Owner was going in on it for sure!
