Ramada by Wyndham Alpharetta/Atlanta North

I arrived around 12:30pm on my reservation day and asked the young lady behind the desk if I would be able to have an early check-in. She said yes for $30. I said I’m a good member. She said “I know that”. Now prior to this, I had just left another hotel from another city, a Microtel. They offered an early check-in and late departure, because I was a Gold member. After wandering for 2hrs we came back, and the manager said the room was not ready is why I couldn’t checkin early. I said that’s not what she said. He said, she didn’t know. I feel like she just wanted to go out her way to be nasty. The room not being ready is a perfectly good reason to not let me check-in early, and I would have not even thought about it.

Positive: it was easy to find. Negative: when i got there the bed was made but the sheets were dirty. It was stained purple yellow and seats look like they weren't even vacuumed. When Ask for another set they gave it to me to make on my own. I had hand them the dirty sheets and make my own bed.

I give this place a 4. Would be a 5 but the indoor pool was ice cold. No heat in that area. The room was clean, well laid out, and very accommodating. Breakfast was served but I got there too late for the whole lay out. Our room had a whirlpool, it was clean, and in working order. I brought my own bleach cleaner just for precaution and really enjoyed it! I would definitely recommend this place. Can't beat the price or the cleanliness. Thanks guys! PS. My husband and I stayed for our anniversary and they met us at the desk when we got here with a happy anniversary card. That was a plus.

They have bed bugs please don’t go there my granddaughter woke up this morning with all kind of bites I took her to hospital and the manger on site didn’t want to refund or give me an incident report. Oh yeah they’re absolutely no tv service they fail to tell you that when you book your room. Sad good location bad hotel. Then while I’m at the hospital they spray raid all over floor 3 don’t get room 319 for sure.

This property (and the room that I stayed in) was clean, beautiful, and appeared to be well maintained. Mine was huge; enough room to walk around in. Within it was a very comfortable king size bed, sofa bed, office type desk with chair, HDTV, small closet, mini-fridge, microwave, and a small coffee maker with all of the necessary supplies. Some of the furniture had visible wear, but not enough to impact the overall apperance of the room. The bathroom was in a separate area, which has a lighted mirror with a magnification inset. The Wi-Fi reception at this property was excellent. The light breakfast was sufficient : coffee, juice, yogurt, milk, dry sweeten cereal, various bread products, "disc" eggs, waffle maker, oranges, and packets of condiments (cream cheese, peanut butter, jelly,
