Positive: Price. Negative: Very outdated and only provided the bare minimum. No new towels for a 3 day stay. One bar of soap thin enough to see through.

Great for the money. The pool is groovy. I came back for a weeks stay. It's cool here. Washing machine and dryer for $1.50 ea. Pool is closed for the winter but I live the family management.

Much older motel but quiet and clean and bug free. Great location and the beds and pillows are comfortable. The blankets and sheets are much softer than other hotels/motels. The rooms are spacious this place is my go to to stay when I’m in the area. The prices are decent without a deposit. Never have had any kind of issues here. The staff is super nice here.

Maybe this place has new owners/mgt, because my family spent 2 nights & we had a lovely experience. Dealing with the staff & speaking with the owners as well, everyone was SO VERY kind, polite & helpful. Our room was pretty basic, but clean & sanitary & housekeeping arrived promptly on day #2 & took the trash & left clean towels (offered to change bed linens as well, but we declined). They even recommended a local garage (our car had broken down) & the lady working the front desk offered to take us to an auto parts store. All in all we were very pleased with our 2 night stay & would definitely stay again & recommend to anyone traveling on a budget!

Caution: Unpleasant Experience with Management, Racism and Safety Concerns I recently visited this MOTEL on behalf of a friend to preview a room. While the rooms have been remodeled and appeared somewhat decent at first glance, there were several major issues during my brief interaction that I feel potential guests should be aware of. I asked to see a non-smoking room, but the one shown had a very strong odor of smoke, despite being labeled as non-smoking. Still, I felt it might be manageable for the person I was assisting. I inquired about the rates, and the owner quoted $90 plus a $40 early check-in fee.
