Quality Inn Richmond

We were pleasantly surprised upon entering the hotel and room. We were warmly greeted with courtesy and smiles. The hotel appeared to be updated and clean, as was our room. The bed was quite comfortable, too! The only negative was the size of the wash room and shower pressure, but certainly doable.

The staff were welcoming and gracious. The room was spotless and the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The hotel was clean and quiet. The hot breakfast was delicious, perfectly cooked eggs with sausage and waffles. Also fruit and a variety of cereals. To top it off, the coffee was perfect. We were on a long road trip, and this was the best hotel experience of them all, although some others cost a lot more. Thank you!!!

This was our second visit to this hotel, and it was a delightful experience. We anticipate making this our regular stop from now on. The hotel is conveniently located just off of I-75, with numerous dining and shopping options within walking distance. We found the hotel to be exceptionally clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We highly recommend stopping at the Welcome Center to pick up a coupon book, as the clerk mentioned that the best current deal is $89 for stays from Sunday through Thursday.

All motels could learn from this one. From the time of booking until departing the service was above the top. Those employees were constantly working and on top of their game. We loved that they encourage playing games in the lobby. It was so clean and the breakfast was really good. We had a group of 14 and everyone commented on this motel. The rooms were quiet providing everything we needed. It was the way it used to be as in they took care of us and made our stay comfortable. Great location with lots of dining and service stations around. Thank you!

Beautiful hotel! Very clean, easy access and staff were amazing and very accommodating! Loved the water/coffee bar and the morning breakfast included in our stay was fresh, hot and delicious! Room was clean and bed was very comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!
