Baymont by Wyndham Richmond KY

Check was easy. Lady was very nice. Hotel lobby clean, though it did have an odor of bleach. The luggage carts have seen better days. One was missing a tire though it was usable the other had a flat and didnt pull very eaay. One of side doors of the hotel you could go into but door wouldn't open to the outside. No shampoo, conditioner, or bath soap. Just 1 small hand soap. The sheets were clean and beds comfy . No real breakfast. Four yougarts and carafe of milk in small refrigerator. Some bread on a rack, cereal, and a waffle maker. Very poor. Im a wyndam member and have been very disappointed in the last 3 baymont hotels we have stayed in. Staff however have been great. Positive: Conveniently located, friendly staff, and felt we were in a safe place. Negative: Ice machine by our room didn't work, they did have one a few feet away in the laundry room that worked.

People were nice at the desk but hotel needs some clean up. Door had a big crack as you entered front desk. The room was clean just bedside lamp didn’t work and the plugin didn’t work. Parking lot had need for clean up. Outside door didn’t work with key and room key quit twice during stay.

This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Rooms were dirty. Our first room was so filthy we had to be switched to another room. There is no possible way the five star reviews are real. I knew as soon as I saw the hotel (at night) it was going to be a nightmare. Will absolutely never stay again. Priceline rated this place highly. If they don’t refund us for the second night we reserved, I’ll be on their site leaving a review as well.

My stay has been excellent. The staff are ALL friendly and always helpful. There is a very family like feeling here. I would highly recommend iy.
