Customer Service Excellent My room was clean smelt fresh. Also had a couch office area large flat screen ironing board and hot iron fridge Micro. Excellent bed. Pillows were firm enough smelt fresh. Bathroom was clean smelt fresh. Heating ac unit ran quiet and room temp was just right.

Positive: "" Negative: Dirty. Discovered what looked like a pet urine stain on the foot of the bedding after we stayed. Mentioned it to the front desk “okay”. Sink was missing any sort of grate. Room was very strangely put together. Horrible cheap cleaner smell.

We had stayed their two years ago and the breakfast had changed since then, no as many options as before. There are more newer hotels in the area that we may choose instead. One of our Party did have a run-in with Staff. It was more of a customer service issue and the least that could have been done was apologize but no one ever did - then once this happened, when they returned the were confronted again about the issue.

The staff at Quality Inn were incredibly nice and talkative, making us feel right at home. Our room was exceptionally clean, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was delicious, offering a great start to our day. The convenience of truck parking was a major plus for us. However, the vending machine was temporarily out of service during our stay but I was able to shop nearby. Thank you guys with your amazing and unforgettable service.

We were really impressed with how clean the rooms were and how comfy the beds were! The location was great for getting around the city, and being near two busy streets was more of a plus. The breakfast was super, with pancakes, biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, fruit, coffee, and much more. Plus, it’s near a lot of fast food and places to shop, and close to the highway. The staff was super friendly and gave us great recommendations for food and attractions. Overall, it’s a great value, and I would definitely plan to come back and visit again.
