Manager was so freaking rude. Bunch of shady looking people live there full time. The weed smell knocked me our as soon as I walked in. Get what you pay for it reckon.

Booked my room and got there late at night. I am from out of state, needed somewhere to sleep. When we got there, the place smelled musty, lived in, and the place was dirty. Dust, grim all over, drawings on the wall from kids or whoever. Outside smelled of cigarettes and looked like a bunch of druggies all around. The way people parked outside was ridiculous. Also, what hotel office closes at 4? Had to blow up the manager just to get my money back. Had to send pictures. Thankful she got back to me. Recieved my refund so ill give them that, but if you can, id Definitely spend a little more money on a better room. And better area. Only upside was the restaurant next door. Got some shakes and hit the road. Just drove all the way home because that was the last of our money on our trip and we j

The office was closed when we arrived on Sunday. We managed to reach someone and get checked in. Once checked in we found that the a/c wouldn't cool below 78 degrees. We contacted management about it, and they said they called someone, but they never showed. We had to purchase fans to keep cool. |The carpet needed to be cleaned, it had our feet black. The bed needed to be update, it was not the best quality in the world, but it served the purpose it was intended for. It broke at one point from just sitting on it and my husband had to repair it. |The place has potential, and I loved the layout. It did have a full kitchen and was like a mini apartment, so it worked good for traveling with work. It just had some inconveniences.

I do travel Healthcare for work so I’ve been in many hotels and dealt with some unprofessional people on occasion. The “manager” Shannon set a new standard for incompetence. I come back late after work and was not able to get into my room (keypad). I called the main number around 10 times. No answer and nobody at the front desk etc. I then have to find and pay for another hotel for the night. Not only did I receive zero apology, I also did not get a refund and was offered one “free night.” She did want to comment on my “attitude” apparently, and mentioned “she was sleeping” so didn’t hear the phone. “I didn’t do it on purpose, keypad must have expired.” Room also smelled of smoke. Zero accountability from staff and a gross disregard and unavailability for services. 0/5 I highly recommended

Highlights include clean, sizable rooms with full kitchens. Even the fridge is full sized! You're also within walking distance of several restaurants, albeit mediocre eateries. The staff closes the office at 3:00 p.m. on most days, but they were very proactive in texting me the passcode to open my hotel room before I arrived at 5:00 p.m., so they've got you covered. It's also close to the beach at Indiana Dunes National Park.||One of the downsides is that without a front desk staff present overnight, there is no assistance in discouraging unruly behavior. So I had to listen to a very loud and profane group of drunk bikers sitting in the courtyard outside my room as they partied from 7:00 p.m. to about 5:00 a.m. before finally retreating to their rooms. Let's just say I got very little slee
