Quality Inn & Suites Plano East - Richardson

I needed a room to stay in after i finished my 12 hr night shift working as first responder due to inclement weather and the gentlemen at the front desk hooked me up!!! He accommodated for me at 6am and was able to get me a room that worked for me! This guy was a life saver cause there was no way I could have made it home in such bad road conditions safely after having worked all night. I highly recommend and will be back!

My stay at the Quality Inn & Suites in Plano was an outstanding surprise. The recent renovations are absolutely beautiful and give the hotel a polished, elegant feel throughout. The property truly stands out. The front desk staff were amazing and very helpful, especially when assisting me with an issue I had with my card at check-in. Customer service was excellent from the start. My room was immaculately cleaned, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The bed was perfect, and the shower had great water pressure — always a plus. Everything about the room felt thoughtfully maintained and professionally prepared. If I had to describe this hotel in one word, it would be elegant. The first thing as I checked in, the front desk clerk had read my request and found the perfect room for us. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel overall is clean, well maintained and great location. We had stayed here previously and the breakfast was better. It was however adequate. My complaint was the egg selection had cheese everyday and my wife is lactose intolerant and I don’t care for it on my eggs. The internet was fast. I would still recommend this hotel.

First, once you get there be ready to make a deposit of 50 dollars or more, something that they don't tell u the first time when you book this room, they say that they will return it to bank account in 3 business days. Second, the smell of that room was annoying, we needed to open the windows for a while to fresh it out. Other than that issue, room was clean, but drawers with some previous customer's hairs ... We stayed for a week, cleaning service forgot to clean our room twice in that week, even when we were out all afternoon and coming back at night, we needed to call front desk for clean towels, to repair a hairdrier that wasn't working, and to set up the TV to work. Breakfast was good but they offered the same every day, so after 3 days you get bored of eating the same food with only

we stayed at the hotel because family member had unexpected complications after sugery. Had stayed the night prior to surgery as well. So knew it was a nice olace with friendly staff.
