Quality Inn & Suites near Robins Air Force Base

My stay at this location was atrocious to say the least. If I could give 0 stars I would. We drove to this part of Georgia for a church event from North Carolina. The lady that checked my family in between 9 and 10 pm on October 10, 2025, was helpful. However, her relief person honestly should be relieved of her duties. Let me be honest about what all took place. This location does not have an elevator, so we had to go up two flights stairs. Our room had two "supposed" queen beds that looked more like full beds and a sofa bed. Well, the mattress for the sofa bed was filthy and should be trashed. I did not see any sheets for the mattress in the room, so I called the front desk to ask for some to be brought up. The relief person stated that she could not leave the front desk and that there w

The room was spot on with this stay! Updated and check in was fast and great. Good attitudes but ice machine bottom floor wasn’t working and you have to go up the stairs. Hard for people with disabilities. Then, the “hot” breakfast consisted of ALL carbs and a waffle. No eggs, no meat. Was disappointed to say the least. Coffee was the only thing that didn’t contain carbs. All in all, room was much better than expected. Looked freshly redone and no stains on anything, so this is the best stay here yet.

Positive: The room size was unexpectedly large. There was a king bed as well as a seating area with a small couch. Negative: The maintenance wasn’t great, the key card had to be replaced 3 times because the battery in the door lock was failing, and they knew it, but didn’t fix it. The continental breakfast was seriously deficient of selection and quality.

I just left at 9:32 am on 10/18/25. I had a room for Thursday nd Friday. Got there Thursday night slept in 107. Was getting bit up while in the bed. I made the clerk at the front desk aware she gave me another room. I expect to have a conversation when I leave Saturday morning about some type of accommodation. I was told the accommodation was the room change. For getting bit by bedbugs?! Ok got ya. Take this review for what it’s worth. The other room was fine I’ll say but good customer service clearly would’ve made that right but everyone doesn’t have that.This lady told me the accommodation for getting bit by bedbugs at their hotel was a room change!

This is the first time in 20 years that I stayed in a hotel room that had roaches. The first room in 131, I had to kill 2 roaches a day in a 9 day period. I elevated the issue to the front desk and I was moved to room 111. Room 111 had less roaches but it was still a task to kill them before they got close to my belongings. Upon checking out the hotel, I wanted the front desk to leave a note to have the room treated for the roaches but I was told the fix was moving rooms. I can not in good faith recommend Quality Inn & Suites near Robins Air Force Base.
