Quality Inn & Suites Mayo Clinic Area

The room exceeded expectations with such a good price point (we have not been lucky in the past with other hotels). Breakfast was well-stocked with pre-packaged options in addition to hot biscuits and gravy. The beds were very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

This is an older 2-story property that appears to have been recently renovated that delivers on its promise of quiet rooms, comfortable beds, and professional staff. We stayed in a king suite on the second floor, and absolutely loved it. The enhanced continental breakfast included biscuits and gravy, waffles, and assorted cereals and breads. We will stay here again.

Great value. Mini suite with a full sized fridge. Always very clean. Shuttle to the clinic is always right on schedule. Self-made waffles so they're always fresh. Very friendly and helpful staff. I have to visit the clinic every six months and I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else.

I hate to complain, have I stayed in a a lot of hotels for work, with my wife etc. Doesn’t seem family friendly. Beds- not good. The sinks don’t drain well, faucets aren’t sealed/leak, have 1-3 employees who are lazy, passive aggressively mean, I couldn’t stand watching over the 1 week we stayed how bad these few workers were compared to a few others who seemed, new maybe? Why work in hospitality, why doesn’t the owner fire those, they are in the wrong business I have to say it was upsetting being spoken to/hearing that type of language/tone from a hospitality worker - they didn’t seem too family friendly except I saw one family who it seemed they could not draw chalk even on the sidewalk as they washed it or somehow got rid of these random kids art on the sidewalk whom must be staying the

Clean, friendly and inviting. We are grateful for the two nights Mon Nov 10th 2025 and the stay again on Fri Nov 14, 2025. Booking was easy. Front desk technician (clerk) was a warm and welcoming, informative and very compassionate gentleman. The staff was kind and compassionate as well. The lobby and dining areas were clean, the information magazine section was well organized. Would highly recommend this hotel, especially if your new to area.
