Econo Lodge Mayo Clinic Area

Absolutely great! Clean, clean, clean!!! That is our number one priority! The staff was extremely friendly and joyful! The breakfast bar in the morning was hot, fresh, tasty and the serving area very clean! We appreciated the great service, the friendliness and cleanliness throughout. We will definitely be back if we are in need of lodging in this area again! 😊

We enjoyed our stay. The staff are friendly, professional and accomadating. The rooms, breakfast area, hallways and gym and are clean. We loved the towel animals also. Beck on night shift went out of her way to help us anytime we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again.

The lobby and dining area were very welcoming. The rooms were very clean -- it was a nice surprise that the towels were folded creatively like little animals. How fun! The beds were very comfortable, and the room was quiet. We had a good night's sleep, followed by a breakfast buffet which included warm items such as waffles, bacon, scrambled eggs and fresh biscuits with sausage gravy. There was also a selection of fresh fruit, assorted bagels and pastries and several kinds of cereal and yogurt. In the evening, we sat in the dining area and played games while enjoying the free hot cocoa/tea bar. All of the employees were very friendly and helpful. From the moment we walked in the door, we felt at home.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. We wanted to check in a bit early just to drop our luggage and leave for a function we were attending. We were taken care of with a smile and no trouble at all. The overall appearance of the property inside and out was kept up neat and orderly as it should be. I feel they took pride in their work here. ||||The breakfast area was accommodating and neat along with plenty of food offerings to choose from. No need to go somewhere else for breakfast, a cost savings for us.||||Our room was more that adequate and I was so pleased to see the nice recliner. I ended up falling asleep for half the night in it. Comfy, Yes. The room was clean and nice, no complaints here. I stay at this hotel every time I go to Rochester. 4 times in the last 6 months alone, and many other stays over the years, and too, always multiple nights. Clean, convenient, helpful staff, and excellent breakfast for this price point hotel. I will say most all of the single rooms need mattress upgrades, they just have no support left in them (this most recent stay was #215). I don't seem to have this issue when I stay in the double rooms, so maybe the single rooms just haven't been distributed new ones. The availability of snow removal tools for use on my car before departing was much appreciated (heavy snowfall overnight).
