Overall good stay. Very clean hotel. Love the underground parking and full size fridge in room. Girl working in the morning upon checkout was not very pleasant. Would stay again!

Great place to stay will nice sized CLEAN rooms, good breakfast and shuttle to the Mayo buildings. EASY to find, nice area with on property access to trail system.

I stayed here for a week and had a great experience. The room is very nice and has a good kitchen. They even have skillets you can use. They provide a solid breakfast with coffee, tea, and water (even bottled) all day. They have a fantastic free shuttle service that takes you basically anywhere you want to go. I didn't ever have to drive myself. They even have a heated garage with quite a few spots to park your car in. All the team members were very kind and helpful. If/when I have to come back to Mayo, I'll definitely stay here. Shout-out to the Tims for being so amazing!

Home2 Suites, Rochester has large suites with full size refrigerator, microwave, partition curtain in suite to divide kitchen and dining/living area from bedside of suite in evening so one person can stay up and watch TV while another rests/sleeps. A couch that transforms to a bed for additional people. 24 hour coffee and tea downstairs and a breakfast downstairs in the lobby area with variety such as bagel and cream cheese or a sausage and egg sandwich and we had bacon on the weekend days were there. Orange juice and all day apples in a basket at the checkin counter. hard working staff that keep the hotel clean and on a -11 F day we were there we had the heated garage that kept the car temperature in the 60's.
