Homewood Suites by Hilton Rochester Mayo Clinic Area/ Saint Marys

Located across from the hospital. Lots of places to eat in walking distance. Pool and hot tub handicapped accessible. Our room/suite was spacious. The kitchenette was great having a full size fridge, stove top range, and microwave. Their breakfast was fantastic. Great variety. As someone with several food allergies including dairy, having dairy free almond milk for my coffee on vacation was a pleasant surprise. Lots of options I could eat. Kids of course loved the waffles. Their lobby was large enough for big groups to sit. Conference rooms also large and convenient. The only downside is parking is tight. And pool is a little tricky at first to get to, either crossing the parking lot on the first floor or finding back elevators on upper floors to go down. Worth the stay, with kids

Our stay here was January 7-12, 2026. I can't say enough good things about this Homewood Suites and every single one of their employees we came in contact with. Maybe the cleanest and best maintained hotel I have ever visited. ||I want to single out Liz at the front desk as an extremely helpful and friendly person. Thank you, Liz! You made our stay so much better.| |I was there for surgery on 1/8 at the Mayo Clinic's St Marys Hospital located just across the street. We had a two bedroom suite (501) on the 5th floor. The suite was spacious and squeaky clean. Only 5 stars because I can't give more!

Positive: Location. Didn't like having to pay for parking. Negative: Overpriced for what you get. Drive 5 minutes away and save average of 50-70/night. If you're visiting for a while, or driving between states on a regular basis, it adds up quick.I was staying staying 3 or 4 / then home 3 & back.

Great hotel! Parking ramp access a little confusing, but doable. It is tight in some areas tho, and is shared with the next door Marriot property, but it works fine once you find it! The room itself was spacious and clean. Easily accessed from the parking ramp. I do wish I’d have been told that there is a $20 fee to park in the ramp. Probably would have stayed anyway, but don’t like surprises like that. The included full buffet style breakfast was very good.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and courteous, and check‑in was quick and easy. My room was clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The breakfast setup was fantastic, with plenty of choices to start the day right. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
