Avoid at all cost. The room is was given had mold across the ceiling and down the wall. The shower was all black around the bottom. Have stayed before and it was nice. So nasty now

Very accommodating, professional, & friendly staff. Room accommodations were great. The Cupboard room was easy to use and offered a great variety of items. Bed and all the chairs were comfortable, desk table was large enough and offered room to play games, eat, and do business work. Abundant charging ports and plugins, wall unit thermostat easy to use, tv remote with working channel guide and the channels were also provided. Walk in shower worked great and had decent water pressure too.

Great place to stay for Mayo visits! The rooms are clean and have stove top and microwave plus huge fridge! Dogs are allowed and the staff is great! Lots of places to eat within walking distance!

Our stay was good. The check-in process was simple as well as the checkout. Upon arrival the little market/cupboard was pretty much empty but it was replenished the next day. Our room was clean and the kitchen was great to have. I typically have a hard time sleeping in hotels because of the beds, but these beds and pillows were very comfortable and I slept great. There were times that I was woken in the middle of the night be really loud music that I could hear the bass, but I think it was from the houses next to the hotel. We will definitely be staying again during our next visit to the Mayo.

My daughter had to go to Mayo and we stayed here. It was nice, quiet and clean. There was an issue with our room AC and they moved us very quickly to another room. I slept so good and i usually never do, I love the AC/Heater and fan that you can easily control. It was so quiet and all the staff were great. We loved the kitchen and the full size fridge. Nice little store area to get snacks. They have free parking and a heated secure underground parking area. The shuttle was great getting us back and forth and the hotel was so accomodating for all our needs while there. Will definitely stay here again.
