The rooms are good and the location is great. I stay here quite often and they are always very accommodating. Gotta get those Hilton Honors points 🤙

One of the better hotels I’ve stayed in. The front desk was very accommodating of the fact I had 2 babies and hooked us up w a room on the first floor. Complimentary breakfast was one of the best I’ve had after staying in 4 hotels in the past month.

This is the best hotel in Rochester. The Manager is wonderful, and you can tell that it cascades down through the staff. Emma is always has a nice smile to start the day. Very clean and they have a mayo shuttle that knows the back roads to get through construction downtown. Fun fact, they have the largest hot tub in Rochester.

The hotel was very nice. The location was convenient on the north side. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good and the breakfast area was nice and relaxing. There was an odd blue flashing light from the heater/ac unit that had to be covered up in order so I could sleep. We never used the other amenities.Nice place, I would stay again.

The front desk staff was OK – a bit more interested in chatting with each other than attending to guests. The room was clean, though we didn’t appreciate the 2 empty water bottles we found on the chair. The bathroom was ok with good counter space and barely adequate towel hooks/bars. Breakfast was fine – it was stocked fairly well and cleaned regularly. It seems they turn off the A/C at night. Despite setting the thermostat to 67˚, we woke up at 4 am sweating and finding no working A/C and the temp in the mid-70s – not happy about that. It seems odd that in a relatively new property there were no USB ports. Overall, the stay was
