Quality Inn & Suites Georgetown

Outside of the room 1. Ice machine was broken 2. Laundry room locked(unusable). Inside the room 3. Had an oven in my room but wasn’t plugged in and still had all the plastic on the inside 4. The power went out in the living room section of my room when I tried to use the microwave while the tv was on. I don’t think the office is open after hours so there was nobody to call 5. They didn’t fix the electricity in the few days I had to stay, ice melted from my fridge into all the food I had in there 6. They offered to move me rooms but didn’t offer any reimbursement for anything whatsoever. So overall, cool staff and very nice. Horrible place to stay

The TV screen was deteriorated with white lights shining through. The bathroom tile had water underneath it. When stepping into the bathroom our feet would get wet. The last night there upon returning to our room we were greeted with the smell of marijuana. However, the room was semi clean and the bed was comfortable.

Not good, toilet and sink not functioning correctly. Sink was stagnant and toilet was not flushing correctly. The name lukesha at front desk was nice and approachable. And other lady the skinny one and have braided long here was rude don’t know how to approach customer cannot be in front desk.

If you're just wanting a basic room with no frills, this will work. This is a very old Holiday Inn( now a Quality Inn) that hasn't been upgraded very much. It's in real bad need of repairs, paint . It smells a bit musty inside. We stayed one night because it was a last minute decision to spend the night in Georgetown but if I saw the room before we committed to stay, I would have spent a little more money and went to the Hampton Inn across the street.

We had to change room due to to roaches. The next morning the manager at the front desk did not allow me to make a waffle, although I had the mix in my hand and the machine was still on. It was eight minutes after the end time for breakfast. I was unaware of the time breakfast ended. He came out of the office and made me trash the batter because he needed to turn off the machine. 😆 🤣 😂 I thought that was rude , but also hilarious
