ITS GREAT VALUE ITS CHEAP BECAUSE I WENT TO QUALITY INN AND A $120 IN AND A $100 DEPOSIT IS CRAZY, BUT BUDGET INN IS GREAT IT WAS THE CHEAPEST AT $55 A NIGHT AND $20 DEPOSIT THE ROOMS LOOK GOOD AND THE BED IS SO COMFORTABLE GREAT! AND OWNER WAS THE BEST!

saw sign that said $40.99 single and went to check it out. To my suprise I was able to get that rate since usually it's just bait. The mgr even went so far as to tell me that the internet may not work due to recent storms but when I checked it it was ok and working fine. The room was much better than I expected for the rate, new paint, clean, etc. only one light bulb was out but it didnt matter since the room was well lit anyway. A little landscaping work would go a long way here since the motel is already in a pleasant semi- wooded setting . All in all I was very pleasantly surprised with my stay.

The place is in the perfect location. The only issue is the fact that you have to wait all morning for somebody. To come and check your room before you can get your deposit back. So any appointment you have in the morning that in another town? You're gonna miss like I'm doing right now because I have to wait till 10 or 11 for the maid to come. Check the room so we get the deposit back and my appointment was at 9. So they're in control of. When you leave your motel unless you want to give him free money.

I liked it was $70 and they didn't ask for I'd but for $10 more dollars I can go to BAYVIEW MOTEL it's on the outskirts of town they have a veggie and flower garden ALSO PICNIC TABLES and a small grill lots of room for the animals not for children Budget didn't have hot water and it's half the size of the other hotel and the lock was busted.

Rooms are outdated but you get what u pay for. Lovely customer service and the housekeeper is so sweet.
