Quality Inn San Jose Airport/Silicon Valley

Amazing stay at this location. The service was genuine from the staff and the rooms were spotless and clean. When we needed new blankets because my 2-year old peed in the bed the staff brought new sheets right away and changed the bedding. Food was good and it was close to Great America, Levis Stadium, happy hallow and many more exiting places.

I recently stayed at the Quality Inn and had a very pleasant experience overall. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff greeted me warmly and made the check-in process quick and smooth. They were friendly, professional, and always available to answer questions or provide recommendations about the local area. The room was spacious, clean, and well-kept. The bed was very comfortable with fresh linens, and I appreciated the little details like extra pillows, a coffee maker, and reliable Wi-Fi. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with basic toiletries, which made my stay more convenient. Housekeeping did a wonderful job maintaining everything during my visit. Breakfast was just okay, but the room was super clean (at least the one I stayed in)!!! Cleanliness is the only thing I’m looking for when rate is around $100. I’m staying here again next and the week after next week. Hopefully it will be the same as last week!

This hotel is owned by Choice Hotels, who made a commitment to use only cage-free eggs globally by the end of 2025. They have failed to fulfill this commitment and have removed their timeline for doing so. It is unacceptable that in 2026 we still have companies that think it is OK to profit from keeping chickens in cruel cages for their entire lives so they can have low cost eggs. Please boycott this company until they reinstate their commitment to cage-free eggs.

It was a very nice stay with a clean, comfortable room. The breakfast could have been better, but other than that, the hotel was perfect for my needs.
