Quality Inn Saint Ignace I-75

-Hotel is dated. - Need more parking or designated parking for large groups/parties. When we tried to park on our 2nd night at the hotel there wasn't anywhere to park because they had a birthday party inside the rental room. - Pool was cloudy 1st night we swam and 2nd night it was closed because the filter broke. Hot tub was nice the 1st night but on the 2nd night it wouldn't get warm. Super disappointed by that. -Hotel did an awesome job making the atmosphere welcoming and kept free water and coffee available. They also had candy, cookies and popcorn available at no extra charge. *Obviously, you get what you pay for and I cannot say it was horrible because it actually wasn't. Just a few minor things. We were only here 3 days. But definitely will go back when we are in need of somewhere

Enjoyed our stay. Rooms are dated but still clean and comfortable. Pool was fun but on our 3rd night the pool was closed and the jacuzzi wasn't warm. Bummer! Kids had fun either way. Staff was very accommodating and super friendly and helpful. They had cookies and popcorn out for guest which my kiddos enjoyed. Also loved the fresh water and coffee that was always available. We will be back!

While this hotel isn’t anything fancy, it is clean, cozy, welcoming and everything we needed. We encountered three different front desk workers during our stay, they were all so friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. Helping us with ferry tickets and making restaurant suggestions. The breakfast was fully stocked & dining area was spotless! ||The location is also very convenient to the Mackinac Island ferry.

Great place! Very welcoming and homey feel! We were there during a snow storm and the ladies that were working that day gave excellent hospitality despite the weather and the hotel not having power. Even though we couldn't check into our room due to not having power, they offered for us to hang out in a banquet room so we didn't freeze while we waited for the power to come back on. Which no one knew how long that would be. The hotel itself was clean, cute, and offered great amenities. Next time we are in st ignace, we will be staying here again. I didn't get names of the staff that were there on Dec. 29th, but just want them to know they did an outstanding job at making us feel welcomed and comfortable! Thank you!

I felt very welcomed when I checked in. I stayed in a room with a King bed and it was very, very nice. The thing that impressed me the most was having a freezer. I always have a cooler with me when I’m traveling so I was able to keep my ice packs frozen. The room was clean and comfortable!!
