Quality Inn Rochester West

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Quality Inn Rochester West. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive, making me feel truly welcomed. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. The attention to detail throughout the hotel really stood out — from the cleanliness to the peaceful atmosphere. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge. The location was also very convenient and made my stay even smoother. Overall, this was truly a five-star experience, and I would gladly stay here again. I highly recommend Quality Inn Rochester West to anyone visiting the area!

I was a little apprehensive to stay there based on the reviews. It's an older building and the hair dryer wasn't working and the toilet seat wasn't in good shape but I was prepared with my own dryer and well was careful lol but the bed was actually pretty comfy; I don't do well usually on hotel beds. The room was quite clean. I was on the 5th floor and it was the quietest hotel I have ever been to. The 3rd night I actually slept 6 straight hours. I don't even get that sleep in my bed at home! The breakfast was good, your typical hotel breakfast. i enjoyed my stay and when I am back in Rochester I will most likely stay there again.

There was no one at the desk upon our arrival. We waited approximately five minutes before a staff member arrived to check us in. The telephone did not work in our room; I reported it to someone at the desk the following morning and he noted that he would take care of it. The telephone still did not function that evening when we came back to the hotel. We waited at least ten minutes for a staff member to arrive the second morning when we checked out. He was trying to fix the coffee machine in the adjacent dining area!!! There obviously was not enough staff to meet the guests' needs.

The best stay ever!!! The whole property is amazing more importantly the staff is very nice not mention the manager "Hardip Sonani". You will get all the services on time and great breakfast. They are very welcoming and professional. We we here with our company people for 10 days and would definitely recommend to all the families and worker.

Honestly, I had planned to leave a 3- star review because, in fairness, this is probably a 2 1/2 star hotel, not a 2 star hotel. That was until I received a survey from the hotel that consisted of one question; "Would you recommend us?" When I clicked "no" the survey abruptly ended. I was curious and restarted the survey. This time I clicked yes, and it took me here. What does this say to me? The hotel does not value my feedback at all and is simply looking to bolster its score. So here is some feedback. Spend about $25 and 25 minutes in each room and fix all the small things that make this a 2 1/2 star hotel rather than a 3 star hotel. For example, clean the mold in the shower ceiling. Fix the towel rack that is falling off the wall. Fix the deadbolt lock that has been for
