Quality Inn Richmond North

I had a comfortable stay at Quality Inn North. The property appears to be recently remodeled, with clean rooms and updated interiors that give it a fresh, modern feel. The room was well maintained and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient, and overall it offered good value for the price. I would consider staying here again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make my family and me feel comfortable. The rooms were spotless, with clean sheets and towels. The housekeeping staff gladly assisted us with anything we needed during our stay. The location is pleasant, clean, and quiet. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options. We will definitely be back!

he Quality Inn Richmond North and had a very mixed experience. On the positive side, the price was affordable and the location was convenient for getting around Richmond, with nearby shopping and dining options. The lobby looked decent when we first arrived, and check-in was fairly quick. Some parts of the room were okay and the bed itself was reasonably comfortable. However, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel need serious improvement. Our room felt outdated and not well cared for. There were noticeable issues like stained or worn carpets, marks on the walls, and the bathroom did not feel as clean as it should have. The hallways also had an unpleasant smell and looked like they could use a deep cleaning. Breakfast was included, but the quality and setup were disappoint

My room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day.  One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast, which had a great variety of options to satisfy different tastes. It was the ideal way to fuel up before heading out to explore the area. The hotel’s location is also a major plus; it's conveniently situated near shopping and dining options, making it easy to enjoy everything Chesapeake has to offer. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I would definitely choose this hotel again when I return to the area. If you're looking for a comfortable and inviting place to stay, look no further!

Have you noticed first of all how almost all the 5 star reviews are anonymous lol. This place is low class. The prices dont match the quality. This is not a hotel, but motel passing a s a hotel. The room are dirty. I stayed here several times for work and location. I come in and clean the bathroom because the toilets will have urine stains around the seat. There is trash around the edges like its only swept or vacuumed in the open spaces. The sheets have cigarettes burn in all 3 rooms I stayed. The towels are stained yellow. The microwaves are rusty and chipping away in all 3 rooms. In one it started sparking when I went to use it. There was grease underneath it. Staff is nice, so I dont have no complaints about how I was received and treated. But that won't cover up for how trashy this p
