Quality Inn - Niagara Falls Blvd

I am reluctant to review the same establishment more than once, except if there has been what I consider to be a considerable change at that place. Consequently, as a result of my last stay at the Quality Inn & Suites I am writing this review.||Just as stated in my previous review in Tripadvisor, the room at this place was clean and I was provided with a complimentary breakfast with a generous variety of items for selection. ||The following are issues I encountered which may be of importance to you, the reader.||Verify ‘Special Guest Requests’ BEFORE cancellation period||I had stayed that this place in December 2024 and was assigned a room without a telephone; therefore, I stated in my ‘Special Guest Request’ the following: “Please ensure that there is a telephone in the room.” Upon my

Giving an overall 03 to the place. What was good - the check in was smooth, the Team highly helpful & accomodative to requests. Frank was quite helpful. Rooms were big, relatively clean & quiet (a bit of effort by the establishment could really make it an awesome place), a common microwave was available for heating stuff up. Bathrooms were clean & spacious. And .. the location. The free local NFTA Niagara Falls trolley, supposed to stop at the bus stop opposite the hotel (hotel has a contract), simply changed lanes and turned left on to 77th Street, ignoring us standing there (probably some kind of aversion of the driver to the two of us standing as he clearly saw us waving him down & may have not wanted to pick us up. This hotel was absolutely terrible. Only thing good was the bed was comfortable. The person at front desk upon check in was not friendly. Room was dirty, floor looked like it had not been cleaned in forever. Used towels left under bathroom sink. Dirt everywhere. The room phone looked like someone vomited on it. We had no wash clothes or hand towels. The noise in the hotel was ridiculous. 2am I had to call front desk because of the noise above us. I would not recommend this hotel. When I checked out I voiced my concerns to the manager who seemed annoyed, he interrupted me and said he could take a few dollars off . That's great, however a full refund for zero sleep is what is expected. Absolutely disgusting!!!

Worst hotel experience in my life... Floors were disgusting my whole stay through the hallway that went to my room and the room next to mine had some crazy people yelling and cussing at their kids all day and night and had their TV turned up all night and then the last night there was apparently a new years party being thrown that caused lots of noise all night so I barely was able to sleep the entire time and also the beds were really uncomfortable with worn out spring mattresses from what seemed to be the 1980s. Do not waste your money on this hotel because they don't care about the quality of your sleep at all!!

The hotel looks nice from the outside. The lobby is inviting and nice. The staff we interacted with were nice and pleasant but that isn’t enough to warrant ever stepping foot in this place again. The interior and rooms are very run down, poor maintenance and upkeep, and overall the rooms were not good at all. The first room we were given, the air conditioning unit would not even power on. After going back to the front desk, we were relocated promptly but we overheard the staff saying this was an issue in other rooms as well. Our second room appeared better almost immediately since the air worked. However, as the night went on we discovered the toilet seat was broken and water pooled in the bottom of the tub due to a drain issue. The room had no carpeting, as the entire hotel doesn’t ap
