Quality Inn Marietta near Dobbins ARB

My family booked this hotel last minute after Stone Mt Comfort Inn cancelled our reservation that had been made weeks prior. ☹️ Found this inexpensive hotel online while sitting in a parking lot late at night outside Atlanta, so we had low expectations. We also had our little dog with us, so finding a hotel that took pets was necessary. Quality Inn Marietta fit the bill! It was low priced, gladly accepted our pet, and offered a clean and comfortable room. The beds were firm and cozy with nice sheets and fluffy pillows. It had a clean smell. It was not a luxurious room, but adequately maintained with friendly staff. A free breakfast with cinnamon roll waffles, boiled eggs and great coffee nourished us after a good night sleep to get back on the road toward our Kentucky home! Happy to find

Staffs are courteous and helpful. The hotel room carpet is not properly clean and lot of dusts are there in the side and corner. The mattress of bed is not good and lot of pains in the body. Informed front desk about these two issues and requested for needful before my next stay on 19th January.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My son and I stayed here for one night, booking through a Priceline Express deal, and we had no idea what we were walking into. From the moment we arrived, I was disappointed. The hotel room smelled strongly of mold and cigarettes, and the room next to ours had a dog barking all night. The worst part was waking up covered in bed bug bites. An awful experience overall.

This was a great price for a quick one night in town in the perfect location. Old furniture, tiny tv, lots of outside noise and a waffle maker does not qualify as a hot breakfast. It was fine for what we needed but we would not choose again. Not what I expect when I book a Choice hotel.

I called the hotel on a Monday inquiring about the specific rooms i was looking for during my stay and while speaking with someone i was hung up on. When i called back, the same guy i was speaking with was very short with me which i knew he either wasn’t understanding me or didn’t want to continue to conversation. I then decided i would call a different number i came across which lead me to the “ Choices Hotel ” number. I then spoke with Myre for about 30-45 minutes, ASKING SPECIFIC questions to ensure my rooms were in fact what i asked for. Myre even ASKED if i wanted both my rooms on the top floor and i confirmed yes. I even asked if it was possible to have them connected, jointed rooms and she confirmed yes it is possible. Before ending the call Myre confirmed my reservation dates and t
