Quality Inn Lebanon

I have always been pleased with Quality Inn in Lebanon Tennessee my last experience was very poor there was balls of hair all over the floor sheets were dirty and definitely could have been wiped down better with cleaning materials. I'll stay with Quality Inn numerous times different areas throughout the years. My last experience was not good at all. But I don't plan on letting that experience taught me from using Quality Inn just hope my next stay is better.

After reading the reviews we were about to cancel our reservation, but we glad we didn’t. It’s a fair deal for $77 price, plus pet fee $16. The furniture and room were old, but clean, and smelled fine. We appreciated the king sized bed. We found one bug on the ceiling, but got rid of it quickly. The shower worked even though the shower jet was really narrow and hit hard. The service was friendly. We haven’t tried the breakfast.

The very first thing I noticed about this property was the cleanliness. When I entered the lobby, I was greeted with a nice fresh scent, not too strong, but just right. The lobby was decorated very nicely with very warm and matching colors. There is a place where you can buy drinks and free coffee is available. The desk clerk was extremely nice, efficient, and helpful. When I entered the room, it was also clean with a fresh scent. THE ROOM (109) WAS VERY LARGE AND SPACIOUS. This was extremely important and convenient to me because I needed space to place and hook up my electric bike. The bathroom was clean; however, there was a shortage in the overhead light above the sink. I would give the room itself a 9/10. This hotel's rooms are outside corridor so I could hear the noisy people outside

After driving for 20 hours, I needed to find a quick hotel. This was close by. The girl at the desk at check in was very friendly as was the young man when I checked out but other than that, I got no sleep contestant outside noise being either cars/trucks all around or people yelling from the parking lot next door. The room was in desperate need of deep cleaning. The bed sheets and pillows had several old stains and carpet was stained and sticky in spots.

The carpet in my room turned the bottoms of my feet black within a few minutes of removing my shoes. The bed sheets were a very slick microfiber which were hot and kept coming untucked from the mattress at the corner under my pillow. I stayed there 3 nights and did not use housekeeping while I was there so had to remake my bed every morning.
