Quality Inn Johnstown

Service was excellent. AJ was very helpful and pleasant. Everything was better than anticipated. Bed was supportative with enough cushion and pillows were high quality and so comfortable I asked for the name so I could buy some. The room had more updates and amenities were new and conveniently located like shampoo and conditioner and body lotion dispensers. Towels were thin style but soft and absorbent. Water pressure was fantastic. Location near the airport was great for late night arrival.

This hotel was perfect for my trip!! I was so grateful for the location next to the airport, the comfortable room, and the hot coffee and.goodies for breakfast. I didn't need to rush because I had a relaxing check-out time of 11am. Making my stay especially nice was, AJ, who checked me in after my late, midnight flight, took great care of me while I was there, and called me promptly when finding I had left something behind in my room. Overall excellent location, facility, and staff! I will be back!

A roach ran across the wall in room 210. Also, the water in the shower was only warm, not hot. We notified the front desk and changed to room 209. The water in that room's shower was only slightly warmer, still not hot. The bar lunch was falling apart. The front desk hosts were very friendly and I appreciated the in room fridge and microwave. Despite these positives, the roach is a no go for me. I won't be returning.

Positive: It was sufficient. Negative: The "breakfast" was bread in different forms only, very small and limited. The room had many things broken, but nothing that really mattered. It was clean with a bed and a roof.

Breakfast-not really great- lack of options- area wasn’t kept clean. Beds were absolutely awesome!!! Showers very scary as they sounded like the plastic was going to break with every move. Overall, not a bad stay.
