Holiday Inn Express & Suites Johnstown, an IHG Hotel

Positive: the front desk we’re both so kind and welcoming! The room was also very clean and had great amenities! Negative: $5 parking fee not mentioned until checkout

Room was super clean. Hotel was really convenient. Awesome value for price & quality! Nice staff. Breakfast was mediocre for routine stuff- but that was totally okay with us; it had coffees, cereals, muffins, yogurts, a few hot items but limited …so we went with very basic expectations on food since it was included but it got the job done and we were satisfied!! lol! Would definitely be back!!! Lots in the area for routine stuff!

The staff was absolutely the best, we all were stuck here because of a large ❄️ storm. The staff had brought food from home and shared it with the guests. They went above and beyond. They are awesome. ESPECIALLY Cheryl, Dinah, and the young man with dark hair and glasses.(I forgot his name)

We were in town for a wedding. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was soft and the pillows were soft, yet firm. The bathroom was big and the shower had strong water pressure. Linda at the front desk was awesome. Convenient location right off the highway.

My daughter was married on Saturday and we reserved rooms here. Service was wonderful! Staff was friendly! Everything was clean! Special thanks to Tiffany for working with us! Would highly recommend staying here!------Brenda
