Comfort Inn & Suites Johnstown - Richland Town Center

Solid hotel. Rooms are simple but clean. They have mini fridges and a microwave which is nice. Lobby is bright and updated. They have coffee, tea and water, as well as a microwave available all day in the lobby. Staff is helpful and friendly from front desk, to maintenance to breakfast staff. Breakfast is surprisingly good with an assortment of muffins, bagels, yogurt, cereals, waffles, eggs and breakfast meat. They had pack'n'play cribs upon request which were clean and in good shape. Pool is nice and warm, hot tub is hot! The tiles in the pool deck have some yucky looking spots where the water seems to just sit, but otherwise nice little pool area. Overall a nice place to stay.

The hotel staff is always very friendly and welcoming upon our arrival. While the pool & hot were closed it was not an issue for us since we would not be using it. The still took the time out to call us days prior on the phone & left a voicemail to us coming. Our room was clean and stocked and the bed is very comfortable. And the whirlpool was nice & clean.

It was a nice hotel. We have stayed here before and will again. Minor things….. if you sit on couch, you can’t see the tv, would put clock on desk or dresser, so that both people could see it, mattress was soft and had some bad pain. Will probably stay again, hotel is convenient for our needs.

The receptionist was so nice and sweet. Definitely welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast selection was just right for a quick grab and go. Everything in our room was clean and orderly. The fridge actually re-froze our ice!!! A definite win! When we come back into town, I will definitely rebook the family suit at your hotel. Only set back - is staying in the family suit, we cannot bring our two small dogs with us.

It looks like the hotels (Sleep and Comfort) are getting ready to remodel. But it is in a good location with grocery stores and restaurants as well as Wal-Mart. VERY QUIET. Nice people. The internet here is poor though.
