Quality Inn Columbia Mall

I stay here frequently, and I am always impressed with the staff. Emily, the manager, is very kind and willing to assist in any way possible. I have yet to have a negative experience here, and I plan to continue to stay here regularly.

The room smelled so bad - over-shampooed. The breakfast was a trainwreck... cold potatoes, no milk, no coffee cups, no juice... It was 155 per night... I felt like it was $50 value.

Positive: friendly staff, clean room, great stay, pool and hot tub were open and breakfast was great Negative: renovations are being conducted, but that did not hinder the stay or the process

Our First room must have had a smoker in it. They were trying to clean it. We went back downstairs. The reception was fabulous. They moved us immediately apologized profusely. Our room was extremely clean. The bed was comfortable. We would highly recommend this hotel and the great people that we dealt with both checking in and checking out

Carpets were in need of vaccuuming in hallways and hotel room. Tea selection at breakfast was not kept up with variety (only green tea). However, when asked for other tea, staff tried to accommodate.
