Quality Inn Burbank Airport

Reception were very helpful with my need to check in early and suggested looking to see if I was a member, so then waived the early fee. Got to my room and both cards didn’t work, so went back down to get that fixed. Two other staff checked in with me a couple minutes later to make sure I had gotten in. Room is clean and bed is comfy. There’s a pool, breakfast, fridge, microwave, iron, shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion. So convenient to have an airport shuttle.

Easily the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It was close to the airport, but that's the only positive thing I can say. I tried to check out early and was told I couldn't. And that no refund would be given for the extra night I was supposed to stay there. So I just left and got stuck with an extra night charged. Horrible customer service. The breakfast area couldn't fit two people in it at the same time. And the selection wasn't as good as the gas station across the street. It was loud. I could hear every conversation, sneeze, cough from both adjacent rooms and from the walkways. Not to mention the train passing by at like 2am each night. The staff have all been very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast (hot) has been quite fine. Road noise in the room could be reduced with better weather stripping around the door. Good wifi.

We stayed at Quality Inn Burbank Airport for a vacation to visit Universal Studios. The room is no frills but that was fine for us. The beds are comfortable enough. The room was a little noisy, the air conditioner/heater, the refrigerator, the rain hitting the air condenser, people above and outside... everything just seemed louder than I'm used to at other hotels. Definitely not a deal breaker, but worth noting. I loved the grab and go breakfast in the morning! They have Jimmy Dean sausage, egg, & cheese croissants to warm in the microwave as well as yogurt, fruit cups, cereal, granola bars, and fruit.
