Portofino Inn Burbank

Front desk attendants are extremely helpful, kind, accommodating, and overall very decent people. If you have any issues at all Alfredo the front desk manager will promptly address them. The rooms are clean, and fairly quiet. The property is well secured as management has video surveillance on the outside. The property is centrally located and within minutes of Universal Studios and the Burbank Airport. I highly recommend this establishment.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️½ – Great Stay at the Portofino Inn! My wife and I stayed at the newly renovated Portofino Inn for five days, and we were genuinely impressed. The entire property feels fresh and clean, and the rooms are quiet thanks to the hotel being set back from the main road—traffic noise was barely noticeable. A special shout-out to Alfredo at the front desk, who went above and beyond every single day. He was consistently polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He even assisted me with some unexpected laptop issues, which I really appreciated. The only reason I gave 4½ stars instead of 5 is the low water pressure at the bathroom sink—not a dealbreaker, but worth mentioning. Everything else was excellent. Very comfortable, quiet, and clean. I booked this hotel sight unseen and I was pleasantly surprised. Our room had a microwave and mini fridge, plus lots of storage for longer trips to put your luggage and clothes. The bathroom could have used a brighter light, but the vanity area was large and convenient for two people to get ready at once. The wifi worked perfect. If you are headed to the airport or Disney studios, this is a convenient location. We felt safe and secure, even though this was just off the highway a bit. I was also surprised when we went for our free breakfast and realized the restaurant next door was used for filming. I asked the owner about that and he told me about the history of the place and also let me in to look around and take pics, so I got a great free "tour" of a

Unexpected gem, great for movie fans. Realized how many things were filmed here from the lobby photos. Well lit lot with free guest parking too.
