Cambria Hotel Burbank Airport

I’ve stayed here twice and loved it! Rooms felt brand new and check in was super easy. We tried the restaurant for dinner and thought it was delicious. I especially want to note that the staff was especially friendly. Carmen at the front desk was beyond sweet and helpful and made the stay even lovelier. Will definitely be a repeat customer here!

First the pros - very comfortable beds and pillows. I love that you have four pillows on each bed as I am a pillow person and used them all. The chaise in the room is fantastic - super comfortable for working. The decor was stylish and the room was clean. I liked the amenities. The breakfast sandwich was fantastic and the staff, for the most part, were knowledgeable and helpful. The gym was clean and well appointed. Cons - No one told me that there wasn't maid service every day so I came back to a messy, unkempt room. There are NO DRAWERS!! No place to put folded clothes. Those tiny little cubby drawers worked for socks and undergarments, but not for tee-shirts, leggings and other folded clothes. I was flying from one end of the US to the other and needed a last minute place to stay. Not only were they friendly, but very helpful in getting me into a nice clean room. The room was very clean and set up nicely. After a great night sleep, they let me do a late checkout. I would definitely stay here again!!

Its a great hotel but there is two incidents that happend since staying here. ● About a year ago the clerk issued a second key to my hotel room to another family. The family entered my room while my wife was showering. ● Most recently my wife left her pizza planet 70 dollar crocs in the restroom and we called after we checked out and they couldnt find them. Either they were thrown away or stolen
