Hotel Amarano Burbank-Hollywood

Stayed for 4 nights last week. Great service from Andrew from the moment we turned up. Andrew is genuine and welcoming, the kind of hospitality you expect from much higher priced hotels. Thank you, our family appreciates you. Rooms we nice and well organised. The included Continental breakfast was underwhelming, but when we ordered scrambled eggs they were very nice. Unfortunately they forgot to make our room on the last night and we were out all day. When we informed them they sent a set of fresh towels up immediately, which was good. Bar is great but a little pricey. Pool area is nice, clean and easy to hang out in. Overall I would stay there again.

The location is good for traveling and working in Burbank

Hotel Amarano is conveniently located in Burbank with great access by local roads and highway. (It is across the street from a 24 hour supermarket which had come in handy for grabbing items for the room.)|The staff is extraordinary- knowledgeable, helpful and caring!|I have stayed here for both business and personal reasons over many years and am never disappointed. |The atmosphere is lively yet nice and quiet at night. The restaurant is very pleasant to visit - for either a wonderful cocktail or lovely selection of food items. Stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff are incredibly friendly and give such a warm, welcoming vibe. A special thank you to the concierge mam (sorry forgot his name) for being super helpful and accommodating an early check-in (subject to availability). A big thank you to Luccia at the front desk — she’s an absolute sweetheart and made the check-in process so delightful. Also, a shoutout to the valet attendant (tall and wears glasses) who was extremely helpful in assisting me with finding street parking. Would definitely stay here again. The bed was incredibly comfortable — especially for someone who has a hard time sleeping anywhere other than their own bed — I slept like a baby. The rooms are very spacious, spotless, and well maintained. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Amarano. From start to finish, the staff were top notch. The valets were exceptionally friendly. We arrived in the rain and they opened doors, had umbrellas etc. In fact, we ran across the same staff member the next day in the elevator, and he remembered our names! We had two rooms, and one of our guests is quadriplegic. The staff went above and beyond, letting us check in early to one of the rooms to handle a medical need, and were accommodating when we had to make changes due to unexpected health circumstances. The rooms were comfortable and clean, they felt very "elevated" and had nice touches like robes and a Lavazza coffee maker (though a quick instruction card would be helpful).
