Los Angeles Marriott Burbank Airport

From the moment I got there the employees were amazing! Martin provided me with great customer service and followed through in a timely manner on my room being ready. He was there again to help me when I forgot my key and was just a smiling face each time I walked through the lobby. The event staff that assisted with our conference was professional and assisted us with any request at the drop of a hat. I don't have a single negative thing to say about this stay.

Great experience here at the Marriott. Family and I traveled for the weekend and stayed at this hotel. The hotel was clean and the amenities were great. I’d have to say that I was pleasantly surprised when the staff provided us with a brand new anti-slip bathmat during our stay, when requested. It might be a small thing but a family member needed this accommodation because of a disability. The Marriott staff went above and beyond with immediate service. Glad to be a Bonvoy member.

Let me preface this by saying I stay in a lot of Marriotts. The common areas in this hotel were nice for what it is… An airport hotel. Literally the airport is across the street and you could walk to the hotel in about 10 minutes - not kidding.||The common areas were very nice: nice little pool, very nice outdoor restaurant/bar, the regular on site restaurant was not terrible, there’s a coffee stand open in the mornings, and a Starbucks across the street if that is your jam. Lobby was good size and plenty of room to sit and work if you need to do that for a while. ||I did an early check-in and a late checkout, and they didn’t charge me for either which was really nice because sometimes Marriott will gouge you on that unnecessarily. ||I also should point out that the window treatments were

Positive: The Bartender at Daily Grill was gave great drink and food service Negative: I called in advance before I booked to ensure jacuzzi worked, however the elevator needed to get to it did not so we couldnt soak that was #1 on my list of "to-do's". The toilet kept backing up, I had to call for maintenance, more to say but out of room

I would like to ask management to recognize Chanel, from Louisiana, for a job well done! I just checked into my hotel from my five hour drive and she was perhaps the most pleasant, upbeat and positive individual I've ever met in my life. She absolutely put a smile on my face.
