Hampton Inn and Suites Los Angeles Burbank Airport

Wanted a hotel close to Universal Studios. The place was very nice, nothing major to complain about. You can get noise if you are on a lower floor from kids running around on the floors above you and yes you will get some noise from outside traffic but this wasn’t a huge deal for us. The room was clean and roomy but furniture and fixtures def needed updating. The bathroom was fine, beds were ok, pillows were WAY too soft for me (I needed 3 just to elevate my head). The free breakfast was ok, what you’d expect, eggs, potatoes, muffins, waffles etc. I didn’t like the fact that you had to pay for valet parking (not optional) but considering the area this seems to be the norm. This was a very disappointing stay. We were woken up around 4:00 AM by extremely loud and continuous stomping from the room above us (we were on the 3rd floor). It sounded like someone doing jumping jacks and made it impossible to sleep.||We contacted the front desk twice. The first time, we were told the room above us would be contacted, but the noise continued. When we called again about two hours later, the front desk agent repeatedly interrupted us and told us we would need to wait until the 9 AM shift to speak with someone. No resolution was offered.||Because of the lack of action and the dismissive handling of the situation, we lost sleep and did not feel comfortable staying another night. This was not the level of service we expect from a Hilton property.||I hope management addresse

Great service and very clean. Cracks in shower walls and hole in bedroom wall made it feel run down and old, but otherwise clean and comfortable. A little noisy. Walls not soundproof. Decent hotel free breakfast. Open until 10, which is great! Very friendly and very helpful and patient. Difficult to see entrance. Valet parking only.

Hampton Inn always provides that free hot breakfast which I love. This one is extra special because they also provide complimentary shuttle rides to/from the following locations: Burbank Airport, Downtown Burbank, and Empire Center. Just set it up with the Front Desk. If the shuttle is not available for whatever reason, the front desk will call a Lyft for you! Special shoutout to Joanna for being such a helpful front desk representative!
