Quality Inn Airport East

I love this place and I stay here often. I've NEVER had a bad experience. This is hands down the best budget hotel in this area in my opinion. From Christy and everyone else at the front desk to ALL of the housekeepers and maintenance people, they're ALL cool! Just don't come at them sideways and you're good. The room rates are excellent and the location is perfect, right off the freeway and tons of food and shopping options. The king rooms on the yarbrough side have a balcony with an awesome view at night. And don't forget to get your coffee and Texas Waffles in the morning!

The girl @ front desk, I think her name was Ashley but i'm not certain, was very nice & tried to be as accommodating as possible. I paid online $48. & was staying just for 2 nights. I was alone & figured I'd be 'roughing it' which I didn't mind however the room was surprisingly nicer & cleaner than I expected. Sheets were spotless, bathroom was very clean etc.. Its an old hotel & rooms are dated but since my expectations weren't high & I paid so little ts was very clean I was satisfied. I would have given it a higher rating if it were not for 2 items: The coffee maker was filthy inside. I have a habit wherever I stay of running a cup or 2 of water through the coffee makers to make sure its clean. This coffee maker took about 5 cups of hot water until the water came out clear. The

Where do I start at check-in they had no rooms available and then they found the first one it hadn't been cleaned and they found the second one there was somebody in it and then finally on the third trip up the cleaning lady was just coming out of the room. The amenities show workout room hot tub none of this is available none of it exists. It looks like it used to be a very nice hotel however the entire place needs maintenance of keep as I was told by the front desk none of the first floors operable. I honestly can't find one pleasurable experience about staying here would not recommend this place to anyone other than maybe the price it was fairly reasonable I should have known.

This was the WORST place to stay. ROOM 1, when we opened the door there was a pungent sour smell to the room. We went in, checked the refrigerator it was not on. Turned it on and 5 minutes later opened the door to see if it was cool, 🙅‍♂️ nope not at all, but.... it did have a shorting wire smell. The hubby walked to the bathroom, he found the sour smell. The sink was plugged with dirty stinky water. The tv remote didn't operate this tv. It was on Disneys Phineas and Pherbe, couldn't change the channel or reduce the volume. Towel bars were missing, no soap, no Kleenex, no hairdryer and no phone. The plug-ins were old and or broken. Moved to room 2, oh wait the programmed key didn't work. Stay was great rooms were comfortable and breakfast was great. The best part was the fact that two people were at the front desk it made the whole check in process easy. For my self and everyone coming in. The young lady and gentleman were very respectful and professional. They're doing an amazing job.
