Quality Hotel & Suites At The Falls

I did two nights there. My checkout was the first when I checked in at the hotel I went to my room realized how cold it was so I went downstairs told them about it they brought the maintenance guy up there, before the maintenance guy opened my door he said oh I already know the heaters broken so I had to go downstairs again to let them know so the lady changed my room to Next Door, i go in that rooms it was ok until i decided to take a bath the plug was broke went back down there told the lady she said I will let maintenance come up there we said okay we're going to the pool we get into the pool it was really cold inside so I decided to go to the jacuzzi and that was also cold I probably went down there about 8 tell them about the jacuzzi they said they're trying to fix it so I waited and

I definitely do not recommend this hotel; it's a waste of your money. After seeing nice pictures of the rooms, the pool with a hot tub, and the breakfast area, I booked this hotel on Booking.com for January 23-25, for two adults and two children. After a long car travel (7 hours), we arrived at 1 AM. We were given a room where the key cards didn't work. After intervention, they opened the room for us, but it was very cold, like a refrigerator; the heating was broken. After about an hour, we were given another room, which wasn't much warmer. After sleeping the night in our sweaters, in the morning we wanted to go to the pool and hot tub with the children to warm up, but unfortunately, we found out that nothing was working. I would highly discourage and do not recommend anyone to stay here. I booked a whirlpool suite on the choice website. The email booking confirmation I received showed a regular suite. I called up the front desk and the staff confirmed that they see a whirlpool suite in the system and the same shall be honored on arrival. On arrival, a regular suite was offered. The booked room was not allotted. Rude and arrogant staff. Broken booking website which does not honor the originally offered room.

Positive: The location to the Falls, the Casino, and other attractions was really convenient, as well as a Papa John's on site, which was nice for a quick bite. Negative: There's not enough parking for guests, and you have to pay for it. They do not clean the rooms daily - told us every 3 days....?, so you have to ask for more towels. They ask you to drive to the parking garage next door, but they don't reimburse you!

I have stayed at tens of quality inns and comfort inns, but I have not had a bad experience like the one I had here. It was not a particularly busy season and the hotel was not busy. But they had multiple issues. We stayed for two nights but we never got functioning room keys. It appeared that they knew they will not be able to fix the key issue, but instead of being upfront which would have allowed us to go to one of a number of hotels in the vicinity with good availability, we kept getting the run around and excuses. In addition, the front desk always confidently mentioned that the issue is fixed and made us try the keys twice every time we returned to the hotel before someone would come up to help us. The front desk, the manager and none of the employees were sorry about the issue and
