Worst place I’ve ever stayed in my life. Spent thousands of dollars to stay here for one month for the owner to call the police and kick us out for being late to pay after thirty minutes. Bed bugs! Roaches! And more.

We had a few hiccups on our way to check in to this hotel. So I called to say we will check in later, which the person who answered the phone approved OK. At around 7 o'clock we finally made it into Dallas, so I called the hotel again. They told me we had no more reservation it was canceled. To which I told him no I talked to somebody that I would get a little more time because we're gonna be in later. We made it to the hotel to talk to the front desk person, which he showed us The paper where we were canceled. It was 9 o'clock at night. Horrible this is never happened at this hotel before. I don't know if it was a lack of communication because they don't speak English, are if they just do not care and they wanted to book their own people over actual Americans. Stayed here for a convention and is approximately a half hour away from convention centers. There's a walmart right down the road and plenty of restaurants and gas stations. The rooms were cleaned daily and the towels were replaced. Wifi is fast enough for most activities. There were cock roaches, but they're very common for the area and didn't bother me too much. I kept my stuff off the floor and they didnt seem to bother with it. The bed is comfy, the a/c worked well. Plenty of hot water in the shower. There is a microwave a tv and a tall mini fridge. Check in and out went smoothly with a pre booking. Is it a 5 star hotel? No, but for the price I can't complain. Would recommend if you're trying to go to a convention while on a budget.

Great place to stay for the value. Quiet yet still lively. I'd say it's one of the best gems in DFW! I wouldn't be surprised if it fills up more often with the coming modernization!

This place was perfect. The location perfect you are surrounded by so many options from stores to food places. The manager was very welcoming. I rented out a 1 bedroom with king size bed. The rooms were clean not a bug in site. You have your stove refrigerator and microwave. The AC works!!! We had a nice view from the 3 rd floor. The place was quite and didn't smell like a bar. The rooms affordable. The staff were nice ...I would definitely come here again
