Pine Oaks Lodge

Worst experience checking into. Hard to find rooms. 1st room not ready for occupancy. 2ND room in good condition BUT, even harder to find, also had to go up and down stairs to 2nd floor, while rooms were vacant on 1st floor. Also a good ways to parking lot from building entrance. There was a notice on 1st floor door about Alpha level warning and no one could explain what that was referring to. Saw it as I was leaving the next morning. Bottom line wish a negative rating could be applied, - 10 perhaps.

Stayed here for 7 nights while TDY. (In bldg 522). Older facilities, but super quiet, had a whole 2 bedroom suite to myself, free laundry, and decent free breakfast. The staff was all very friendly.

All good so far. I could not smell the mildew odor my partner in a different room detected due to getting over a cold but it looks pretty much like the places I stayed in 10 years which I am fine with. I turned on the dehumidifier provided too as GA is a humid state!

We have stayed at Pine Oaks Lodge many times in the past but this past weekend was the worst experience by far. Disappointed is an understatement. Our family used to live on Robins AFB back in the late 70's and 80's as my father was in the USAF. Whenever we would come back, we would often stay at Pine Oaks Lodge. We were in town for a wedding and had made reservations earlier this year to ensure we would have a room. We asked for a two bedroom suite and were assured it would be no problem. We called right before our arrival date of 5.16.25 to make sure we our requests would be honored. Again, we were assured it would not be a problem. When we arrived, not only did they not give us the kind of room we requested and they confirmed, but it was all the way in the back of the building and

I made an overnight reservation at Pine Oaks Lodging on January 17th. The reservation included my wife, our four dogs, and my parents who flew from Ohio. We drove over 700 miles from Scott AFB, Illinois to Robins AFB as part of my PCS to South Florida. When making the reservation, I told the person on the phone that I had four dogs, which was two more than their pet policy allowed. The person I spoke with said it was fine since it was part of a PCS. I called on March 14th to review my reservation before traveling the next day. Everything seemed fine with the person I spoke with. Upon arriving to Pine Oaks Lodging, I checked in and provided all necessary pet shot records for the woman at the front desk.
