Perramont Hotel

The rooms are clean and cozy. The bed is rather small for two people, but we were comfortable enough. The location is top notch. And the value for money is amazing. I definitely recommend staying here. We also liked the bay windows and higher ceilings, felt nice. There is a sink in the room, but the bathrooms are shared. However, there were several bathrooms and they were clean

A relatively clean place. The bathrooms were clean too, even if they were shared across all people on the floor. The hotel is close to many bars and restaurants. And getting to Mission District is only a few stops on the 22 bus.

That’s it. ||This hotel is made out of an old converted dorm or inn… similar to a hostel but w all separate rooms. ||I heard the bathroom door once, the whole night, only had to wait for the bathroom once, and felt clean, safe & comfortable. Some loud music from the next door restaurant/bar, which stopped around midnight & wasn’t bad, but hey - this is The City, so wutevs. ||Only reason for one less star has more to do with the inconvenience o

I stayed four nights in August. It felt like a step back into the 70s-80s. Location is excellent, close to Haight-Ashbury, several good cafes and restaurants and a convenient stop with public transportation. Rooms are very basic, but knowing this, I was satisfied with the value. You will get two small circles of soap, several little towels, but you will need to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. The convenience of the sink in the room is appreciated. Unfortunately, I was too busy listening back to the shows to watch TV, but I heard they have some good channels. The bed was comfortable. My room was overlooking a courtyard, but some of them have bay windows. There was no AC, but nights get chilly so open the window and enjoy natural cooling. Nice budget hotel. Owners are so kind and responsive! Clean rooms. Great area near the Castro. Would stay again.
