Passport Inn- By The Falls NY

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The main issue was the mold in the room, especially in the bathroom. The smell was noticeable as soon as I walked in, and there were visible black spots on the walls and ceiling. This is not only unpleasant but also a serious health concern. I reported the problem to the staff, but there was little to no response. It seems like they are aware of the issue but are not addressing it. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the room was poor, everything is really very old and awful.The bed linen had an odd smell, and the system wasn’t working properly.

Positive: Location Negative: It was dirty, hotel stunk like cigarettes, boogers on the shower wall and the front desk man was really rude.

Amazing economical place to stay! Booked for a backpack adventure of the falls and was not disappointed! ||Close to the parks and amazing restaurants also! ||The pizza place Donatello’s is just down the street and worth the walk! ||Owners are really nice and it’s a decent motel for the prices it’s amazing! |A+

The hotel was in a great location, close to all the main attractions. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed. However, the bathroom could have been cleaner. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again."

The only plus of this hotel is its proximity to Niagara Falls. There are many minuses of this hotel. But the biggest minus is the very unpleasant smell of mold in the rooms. It is unsafe for children and people, especially with respiratory diseases, to stay in the room. This is the worst experience of staying in a hotel with my family.
