Park Place Luxury Condominiums

Park Place is true luxury and the location is the best in town! My family and I stayed in one of the units for the A&M game, this is a 5-star luxury condo, no detail was left unturned. Every detail and selection that went into Park Place is first class. I enjoyed the private entrance and security this building offers! Within walking distance to the stadium, restaurants, grocery store, and more! If you want to purchase the best place in town, Park Place is it! If I didn't live in Texas, I would call this place home!

The location of Park Place is perfect! It is close to the stadium and downtown. The feel of the unit Is so spacious. When you walk in to a unit the ceiling height is perfect. We also loved the generous closets. Absolutely love all the finishes. Appliances are top notch. The balcony provides a true outdoor living space. They really are beautiful!!

I’ve stayed at Park Place condos several times now and highly recommend them. They are perfectly located walking distance from the stadium/campus one way and bars/restaurants the other way. Whether you’re headed down for a game or just visiting a student on campus, Park Place is the best place to stay. They are beautifully decorated, conveniently located and have all the amenities needed for a great visit!

my wife and I toured Park Place Saturday before the Miss State game...our biggest requirements are...close to the stadium...close to the strip (but not too close!)...not interested in jumping into a student housing complex...This place is as nice as they come...actually nicest in Ttown. we have looked at them all...my beach place can't sell fast enough!

I am visiting hear from dallas this place is just amazing really upscale near to the the campus and restaurants all the construction is really high end
